HIPPING POLICY — NovaGlow
Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
International Shipping NovaGlow ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe (non-EU): 15-30 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Middle East & Asia: 12–25 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Shipping Delays In the event of unforeseen delays (e.g. high demand, carrier issues, customs inspections), delivery may take up to 30 business days. We monitor all orders through to delivery.
