TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE — NovaGlow

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the site and the purchase of products on NovaGlow. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms.

2. Products and orders
Products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on the display used. Each order is confirmed via e-mail.

3. Prices and payments
All prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed via secure, certified systems. NovaGlow does not store the customer's credit card details.

4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 7-15 business days. In case of unforeseen delays, delivery may extend up to 30 business days. Shipping is free.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, as provided by EU regulations. For details, please consult our Returns and Refunds Policy.

6. Liability
NovaGlow is not liable for delays caused by the courier, force majeure events, or errors in address entry by the customer.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
